This picture taken just a few minutes after the first one and already the vynal tent is being pulled out. In the forground note the marquee tent on the ground and the polls layed out. As the superstructure is going up a second unit of workers is busy driving the metal steaks into the ground. This lot has a gentle slope and is a blacktop parking lot when not being used by a circus.
