View Photo Search Photos              Submit a Photo         Tent going up on Circus Vargas  Submitted 9/1/2003 11:01:44 PM by Jack White This photo taken about 8:30 am on an Monday morning in April 2002 on the Circus Vargas Lot in San Diego. The metal superstructure was up shortly before 8 a flat bed truck was driven under the metal support system and the tent was lifted off of the truck.
