Circus Fan and Outdoor Amusement Business Association super supporter Paul Ingrassia is recovering from complications due to back surgery, David P. Orr and Paul's wife Roberta report. Paul has been a leader in the effort to raise funds for the OABA. He is also known to many as a significant circus fan, historian, and friend to showfolks everywhere. For a number of years, he directed the Great Circus Parade which appeared in downtown Milwaukee, featuring the priceless collection of historic parade wagons belonging to the Circus World Museum at Baraboo.
