I just finished watching on Pennsylvania TV - PCN Today - Tom Rider former Ringling/Beatty-Cole Bros. Animal handler spoke on circus abuse of elephants. He made his presentation in Harrisburg, Pa today on PCN Today . He sighted specific incidents on Ringling.
Gloria Senavitis, CO-Vice Chairperson Pa. Legislative Animal Network thanked Tom for coming to Harrisburg, Pa to speak on Circus Abuse of Elephants.
Ms. Senavitis mention that they had met with Senator Greenleaf during Tom Rider's visit.
Its apparent that Senate Bill 453 - If and when it comes up could be a problem. Please share any information that you might have on this Bill . We must stay up on this bill.
