Museum can't afford not to hold event, but also can't afford to hold it in city Middleton - While there won't be a Great Circus Parade in Milwaukee this summer, the show will go on after all. With parade revenue desperately needed to help keep open the financially troubled state-owned Circus World Museum, its board of directors agreed Thursday to stage the parade this year in Baraboo, the museum's home.
