Download form ONLINE ---- The deadline for mailing Nominating Petitions for the 2005-2006 term is December 31, 2004.
Members are asked to mail in nominations for all offices that will be voted upon in the 2005-2006 CFA Elections.
The official petition is available in Volume 77 Number 5 September/October, 2004 The White Tops on page 30 or by clicking HERE to download (http://circusfan.org/download/CFANominations.pdf) 175kb file.

In accordance with the adopted change in the by-laws relating to elections, NOTICE is hereby given that the following officers will be elected for the year 2003-2004 (2005-2006)
President-Elect
Eastern Vice-President (Districts: 1, 2, 3, 4)
Southern Vice-President (Districts: 13, 14, 15, 16)
Western Vice-President (Districts: 9, 10, 11, 12)
Central Vice-President (Districts: 5, 6, 7, 8)
Directors (Alternate years)

Methods of Nomination

Any regular member in good standing who is interested in serving in any of the above offices may file a nominating petition. He/she shall indicate the office he/she is seeking, submit a short biography and have the petition signed by at least four members in his/her Region or District.

Any regular member in good standing may nominate a member for any of the above offices by filing a nominating petition, which shall include the name and membership number of the nominee and the office for which he/she is to be nominated. It must contain the signature of five or more members from the Region or District. The nominee shall sign the form indicating that he/she is willing to serve, and furnish a short biography.
