News Article Search News              Submit a News Article         Top 10 News Articles Death of Harry Mills  Posted 4/14/2008 11:22:00 AM  by Ed Limbach News from Jerry Jacobson viewed 917 times Monday, April 14, 2008 - Sarasota, Florida Harry Mills passed to the big lot in the sky. Harry Mills, the last of the Mills Brother Circus founders, passed away on April 11, 2008.  Harry, along with his brothers Jake and Jack started the Mills Bros. Circus in 1940 and continued to show until 1966 when it closed.  The show was always circus fan friendly and hosted many a gathering.  Harry was 92 years old and is survived by his wife June, four children, and three grandchildren.  Known as one of the best concessioners, he started with Cole Brothers Circus in 1935.
