A spectacular auction will take place Saturday, April 19 at the Circus Fans Association of America Convention in Sarasota, Florida.
The auction is open
to anyone interested in circus memorabilia and collectibles. Over four
hundred lots of circus posters, books, figurines, paintings, scrapbooks,
programs, props, wardrobe, and one-of-a kind items will be sold. 100% of the
proceeds will go directly to CFA. Items ranging from a program to an
elephant painting and from a poster to an elephant tub will be
available.
The auction will be held in the Harborside Ballroom of the
Sarasota Hotel and Marina at 7150 North Tamiami Trail (Route 41) just
north of the Sarasota Bradenton Airport. You may view the auction items and
register to bid between 1:00 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. The auction will take place
from 1:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Come early and visit over thirty circus dealers
and displays next door to the auction.
