Carson & Barnes Circus spool truck is on the lot
for the first date of the season, March 22, 2003, in Paris Texas which is approximately 25 miles form the Hugo, OK winter quarters. They opened on the same day Kelly Miller Circus opened in Hugo. Hugo bills itself as CIRCUS CITY USA.
