Photos Search Photos              Submit a Photo         RBBB Red Unit generator car (Click image to view full size) This view is inside the Red Unit Circus Train generator car showing two Cat 500kw gen sets. Note the thick doors to the right that accommodate the sound deadening material. The gen sets are to the left (yellow units to the immediate left and the yellow unit at the far end of this view). Normally, one unit runs at a time, with the second starting automatically during peak demand. The car is located in the middle of the train and powers the entire cut of coaches and stocks.
