Proposed anti-circus ordinance died once, but has been resuscitated.
David and Sarah report that the Eureka Springs, Arkansas, proposed ordinance to outlaw animals in the circus is not dead yet. Another hearing on the proposed legislation is scheduled for a meeting of the Town Council on Monday, November 24. Please take a moment to reiterate your opposition to this proposal. Springs, Ak City Council at it again. Looks like help will be needed once
again. There is another reading scheduled for Nov. 24th, so we need to show our
continued opposition to this and send more letters. This isn't a dead
issue....to be continue in the next few days.
