(OABA) - Website http://www.oaba.org/circus.htm The OABA’s Circus Unit was established in 1998 The OABA’s Circus Unit was established in 1998 and is designated to represent the interests of the circus industry, animal exhibitors and various productions and shows. The Circus Unit is headed up by our Circus Representative, Heidi Herriott and a Circus Executive Committee (CEC). The CEC was elected by the circus membership and represent individuals who are actively involved in the industry. The CEC and Heidi Herriott are overseen by OABA’s Executive Director and elected Board of Directors.
